Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Greenlo (greenlo.app), a service operated by Zaiine ("we", "us"). By using Greenlo you agree to them.

What Greenlo does

Greenlo scans the public pages of an online store and reports signals that Google Merchant Center may treat as misrepresentation, with the evidence we found and suggestions on how to fix them. Paid plans add full evidence, generated policy drafts, an appeal-readiness checklist and, on subscriptions, weekly rescans with email alerts.

We only read pages that are publicly available. We do not log in to your store, change anything in it, or connect to your Merchant Center account.

No guarantee of Google's decision

Google alone decides whether a Merchant Center account is approved, suspended or reinstated. Our reports are risk estimates based on public signals and our own reading of Google's published policies. We do not promise that following them will prevent a suspension or get an account reinstated. You remain responsible for the content of your store and for what you submit to Google.

Plans and payment

• Free scan: risk score and the list of issues found, with evidence for some of them.
• Rescue (one-time payment): the full report for one store, with access for 30 days and 2 rescans in that period.
• Monitor and Pro (monthly subscriptions): full reports and weekly rescans for 1 store (Monitor) or up to 5 stores (Pro), billed every month until you cancel.

Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase, and taxes are calculated and charged by Paddle based on your location.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account (Billing) or through Paddle. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You must give a valid email address and be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Greenlo to overload, attack or gain unauthorized access to any website, including the stores you scan.
• Do not try to get around plan limits, resell access, or scrape the service in bulk.
• Do not use our reports or generated texts to mislead customers or Google. Policy drafts must be checked and adjusted to match how your business actually works before you publish them.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Generated content

Some findings and texts are produced with the help of AI models. They can contain mistakes. Review everything before you rely on it or publish it. You own the policy texts generated for your store.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Greenlo available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will update the date above and, for paying customers, let you know by email.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Greenlo is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, ad spend or the suspension of any account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
