This policy explains what personal data Greenlo (greenlo.app), operated by Zaiine, collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address: when you sign in, ask for a report by email, or buy a plan.
- Store URLs and scan results: the stores you scan, the public pages we read from them, and the findings we produce.
- Business details you give us: if you fill in the business facts form used to draft policies.
- Billing information: Paddle, our merchant of record, collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, country, and the status of your purchase or subscription. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to limit abuse, and error reports when something breaks.
Why we use it
- To run scans, show your reports, and send you reports and alerts you asked for.
- To sign you in and give you access to what you paid for.
- To prevent abuse and fix errors.
- To send emails about your account and, if you have a subscription, weekly change alerts. We do not sell your data or send it to advertisers.
Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and your consent where we ask for it.
Who processes data for us
- Paddle: payments, taxes and invoices (merchant of record).
- Railway: hosting and database, in the United States.
- OpenAI: classifies public text from scanned stores and drafts policy texts. Your email address is not sent to it.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Sentry: error monitoring.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and reports while your account is active, and free scan reports until you ask us to delete them. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@greenlo.app. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
