Questions
Will this get my Merchant Center account reinstated?
No tool can promise that: Google makes the final decision. Greenlo shows you the public signals reviewers look at, with evidence, so you fix the real causes before you ask for a review. Asking for a review with problems still on the site can lead to a longer or permanent suspension.
What does the free scan include?
Your risk score, every issue we find by title and severity, and the evidence for the basic checks (contact page, policies, placeholder text, HTTPS, robots.txt and more). The full report adds evidence and fixes for every check.
What do you read from my store?
Only public pages, like a shopper would: your home page, contact and about pages, policies, a few products and a collection. Up to 25 pages. We never log in, never touch your checkout and never change anything on your store.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Paste your store URL. There is nothing to install and no access to grant.
Does it work if my store isn't on Shopify?
Yes. The scan reads any online store. Shopify stores get a few extra checks, like product variant data and Shopify's standard policy pages.
How is the score calculated?
Every store starts at 100. Each problem takes points off by severity: 25 for critical, 10 for high, 5 for medium, 2 for low. Higher is safer. It's a risk estimate based on public signals, not Google's own score.
Is the Rescue plan a subscription?
No. Rescue is a one-time payment of $99 for one store, with 2 rescans in 30 days. Monitor and Pro are monthly and you can cancel any time from your billing page.
